Worried about being lightheaded

I have been feeling quite light headed all week. I have a cold but I also had brief feelings like this last Friday and a couple of weeks before that. This week it's been a lot more chronic.

I dunno what it is :(

Can thinking about it make it happen? I don't normally get this lightheaded after a cold. :weep:

I've been suffering for ages, went to doc, my blood pressure is way too low ..hence my symptoms...
