Hi there,
I am an ex-sufferer of anxiety, I cured myself at panic free .co .nz
It is a great program check it out. anyways....
I have however become a bit anxious over a physical symptom.
I saw a documentary about a terrible disease, didn't think anything of it but then a couple weeks later got sore feet while walking and straight away connected it to the scary disease I saw in the doco. I stupidly looked up symptoms on google and its been down hill for me from there.. Ive acquired sore hands now and get sore feet after a short period of standing... its weird actually i can walk for a while and feel fine but as soon as I'm standing they start to feel sore. My doctor told me not to worry a while ago but the symtoms have got worse since then.. I'm going to see a professional real soon.
Anyone had sore feet and hands caused by hypercondria or anxiety?
