Hi,
My name is jack i am 25 and i suffer from severe panic attacks and anxiety.
I have been suffering for 7 years now I thought i was cure about a year ago but over the last 6 months they have come back.
I avoid going out socialising i was struggerling to go to work. I felt annoyed and ashamed by this why it has happened to me. I felt like i won't lead a normal life then I heard about hypno-sense and now I am attending hypnotherapy at hypno sense and now I am okay.
