canker sores?

well, i keep getting these little white looking bumps on my top front gum.. they go away and come back alot.. i looked up symptoms of mouth cancer and it says that those kind of sores are a common symptom of mouth cancer.. im 16 and i dont smoke, drink, chew tobacco or any of that.. could this be mouth cancer or is this normal? i have 2 or 3 of them on my top gum at the moment and their really small

I had a scare yesterday about mouth cancer.
It was silly - but i went to the docs and nothing to worry about.
Just pop to the docs for some reassurance. i bet it is nothing

Please dont worry, easier said than done i know,sorry! But like Tracey said the chances of you having cancer are nil!
Canker sores can show up when you are under stress and they usually disappear within a few days.
Try rinsing your mouth with salt water a few times a day, this might help speed healing.
If you are still worried then pop to the doctors for reassurance to put your mind at rest!
