Temple and forehead pain any advice welcomed

Hi having a blip again and trying to fight it off wondered if anyone else has experienced these symptoms, started with pain in temple for a about 2 weeks and on same side pain behind eye, i am obviously focused on it then constantly looking at my right eye and i think it looks different to the other one, now have found that if i go outside and the air hits me i get a sharp pain in my forehead, from research i have done this is nerve pain, has anyone every experience anything like this so can give me some reassurance, one very fed up member wishing could be free on health anxiety once and for all :weep:

Do some mild neck stretches and gently massage your temples, you can also use a hot pad for you shoulder and neck (not too hot) leave it on for 15-20 min at a time. I find that it helps me.
I have been where you are at, but have slowly improved. Still get these tension headaches that last a long time.
