Purple rash on inner upper arm?

Serious panic this morning :( Woke up to find a rash on my inner arm at the top, right near my armpit. Looked red this morning but now purple. Biggest "spot" is probably 4mm?

I don't know if it's just a heat rash - it doesn't look like a heat rash but I might be wrong? Anyone have any ideas? :-/ x

It's weird, if it was heat rash it would have gone by now :-/ It's loads of spots all 4-5mm in diameter, all reddish purple :-/ Getting worried!

It could be a bit from nearly anythingl getting it checked is a good idea.
