flatulance and abdominal aches

Good evening, I have been going through much lately due to people I know dying, older than 60 yrs. In the past week I had a lot of flatulance and bloating and I even feel full after eating. I had one occassion where my stools looked thin and I sometimes get a very small ache on my left lower abdomen. I also get alternations between very hard stools to paste like movements ts. Could this be ibs or some kind of cancer?

You are certainly describing symptoms associated with IBS but it isn't possible for any of us to give you the diagnosis you are wanting. You need to see a doctor who will be able to to put your mind at rest.

Seems like people arent replying much.on here at the mo! I get the same as.u hun and think.ut sounds kike ibs symptoms. Have u seen a dr? X

Hi thanks for your replies. I haven't seen a doc as I am really scared, but some 4 yrs ago when I was really anxious and used to go to the doc almost daily, he had diagnosed me with ibs.
