whats wrong with my intestines?

For the past week in a half I been having horrible stomach pains, cramping, and the runs (sorry for the tmi)

Evertime i eat almost instantly i have this horrible stomach pain and have to immediatley go to the bathroom. the pains only last a few minutes and then gone. but i have them repeatedly a few times a day.

I havent had a normal stool in weeks. I been drinking tons of water and eating a lot of fiber but its still diarrhea (sorry for the tmi again)

Does this sound like IBS to any of you? I'm scared it might be a blockage or something serious to do with my colon or something.

I have Crohns, so I know what a blockage feels like. It is tons of pain, and incredible cramping and vomiting.
It sounds like you have a virus to me

so i guess its not a blockage. I still have cramps and pain even though it lasts a few minutes and goes away right after i go to the bathroom. I do not have vomiting though.
