I barely slept last night because every time I tried to lie down, I would get this forehead pressure on and around my right temple, also around the right side of my head around my right ear. I also had a it of forehead pain last night.
I wasn't too bad when I woke up in the morning, it's 3pm now and I've had a forehead headache all day so far, but it's mostly on the right side of my head.

5 minutes ago I also started feeling sick to my stomach, like I feel like throwing up.

Anyone else get anything like this? :(

Anx causes so much head tension, I've had all those symptoms in the past.

Hello fellow Canuck! I sometimes get like this if I'm starting a sinus cold, or if the barometric pressure is low. And my anxiety often shows itself in a headache, too.

Hope you feel better soon!

Aww :( I've been feeling horrible pretty much all day. I'm just trying to convince myself that it's anxiety. What are your vision problems like? And do you get he's pressure?

Hello, thanks for responding! :)

I have been having a stuffy nose, with this clear phlegm for almost over a month now. I'm thinking sinuses but it still drive me crazy thinking its a brain tumour. I'm hoping my headache is just from not sleeping well. Thanks again :)

hmmm... perhaps seasonal allergies? I know around these parts many people (including yours truly, who usually doesn't have allergies) are having a bad time with it this year. And it's true what you say about how not sleeping well may play a part in it...

I think that its important to remember when we are anxious and panicy tension builds and causes lots of symptoms including headaches etc try to remain as calm as possible blessings
