Hi all,

I'm 22 and got diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder in March this year - it's all a bit new at the moment I'm still learning, but the diagnosis has given me a lot of answers as to why I've been feeling how I have!

It's nice to read posts from people who are having similar worries to me - makes me feel like I'm not alone and it's quite calming and reassuring.
