Thanks both. Has been a rough week to say the least. Had my first CBT today, and have ate my first proper meal since Sunday afterwards. each day at a time. I have been prescribed 15mg metrazapine but I haven't started them as yet, I think I will just try and take on board what the therapy has said and perhaps once the physical symptoms subside I will start feeling abit better xx
