Today it's been pretty windy where I live.
I've been outside a lot today at work. Now I feel quite dizzy, especially when I move my head. And off balance.
I'm worried it's a brain issue.

Yes, getting wind in your ears can make you dizzy. So can fluid buildup. Do you have any allergies or other symptoms, runny nose, cough, sneezing, headache?
