Anxiety

When I am really anxious I get the irresistable impulse to scream. I am really frightened of this symptom. Does anyone else suffer from this?

yes i do!
I think its my way of getting rid of the pressure in my head!
dont worry to much,go somewhere and havea good scream.Let it out i do,lol.

Everyone needs to let of steam sometimes, and I think those of us with anxiety need it more. I don't get the urge to scream when anxious, but sometimes I do just need to get away or I feel I will scream. Maybe thats PMS though lol.
