Scared of my own body

Anybody else feel like this, these days even my clothes rubbing against me makes to go like " what was that " this is because I'm struggling with tingles and prickling sensations. I know this is bad but sometimes I wish I could swap my body, what has happened to me!
I was diagnosed with vasculitis about 10 years ago which is pretty much benign at the moment, but I wasn't even bothered about this at the time I just laughed it off but now I'm scared of an itch !!!! God help me, just wanna get back to normal.
