I'm new to the site, my name is Aaron I am 43 years and currently going through my second major bout of anxiety, depression and extremely low self esteem in the last four years. I am currently taking Fluoxetine 20 mg to help me through this again, I decided to join the site and forums to be able to communicate with people experiencing similar things in the hope we can comfort or help one another.

Have a read of some threads..use search box for anything specific..
Also look through all the great no more panic stuff listed on left margin.
