I'm not sure which Forum to post this on but I would like to know what others think.

I am suffering with very bad depression because of my anxiety. I have started listening to the audiobook version of Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers. My CBT Therapist said that this was the beginning of CBT. Has anyone else listened/read it and what do you think?

Also has anyone else tried the Bach Flower Remedies. I am currently taking them as I do not feel the Mirtazipine I am taking is working for my depression and anxiety. My GP is looking into changing my medication but I am scared of the side-effects. I have only been taking the Flower Remedies for a week and know they can take a while to work but I am attracted to them as they are not supposed to have any side-effects.

I would be interested to hear what others think.

Thanks

I did read the book years ago and have tried to follow the basic rules of not letting our fears rule us.

I take Bach's remedy, it tends to help somewhat.
