painful lump...

Hi all, can anyone relate to this...i have a painful node or lump in the right side close to the back of my ear but still within the hairline.i just noticed it 2 days ago.and when i move my head side to side i cani feel its being stretched in a way.I just finished going to the hosp for some test and appointments with my Uro.done with CT scan,and Cystoscopy.still waiting for the urine cytology result.Thanks for reading any post will be appreciated
