Hi everyone,
I joined the site a couple of years ago but so far haven't posted. I've had anxiety issues now and again since my teens and have had many years feeling 'normal'. It raised it's ugly head around 3 years ago and I'm doing all I can to recover, including, hopefully sharing the good times and the not so good, along the way, with you good folks here.
