I Slept!!!

Well I actually slept last night :yesyes:

I played my deep sleep CD, I had to listen to it twice over, but it worked :D

I had to really concentrate. I had to clear my mind of everything so that I was just wholly concentrating on the Mans voice, it was tricky at first, but it is doable and does work :)

I feel so much better today, still tired, but then I always am anyway.
