Chest tightness driving me mad

I think i had one too many fags last night has made my chest abit tight, but as I'm constantly taking deep breaths my chest has started to hurt during the day.
Do you think it's worth me taking a diazepam? Hate chest stuff always freaks me out, my GP listened to my chest Thursday and it was ok gosh :-(

don,t take too many deep breaths it will make your chest hurt. infact may be doing that whats making your chest tight. cut down smoking.and stop being hard on yourself.

yeah i deffo recognised that because i was focusing on my deep breathing it felt more muscular. ive not smoke since saturday and i have been smoking far too much during my bad time, i always know when ive smoked too much i get these sort of chest problems. trying to stay calm anyway xx
