I've been on Venlafaxine for about 3 + 1/2 weeks instant tablets and for the third week I felt they were starting to work for me. Then I switched over to slow release, the same dose 75mg a day and I feel like i'm not even taking anything anymore and have become quite tired again.
Does anyone know why this might happen? Does the slow release take weeks to build up rather than acting as an instant continuation of the regular tablets? Maybe for some reason my body doesnt respond to the slow release but does the instant?
Its quite frustrating having been on the slow release around 2 weeks now and it was more or less straight away on switching that I felt the end of the definite positive effects I was noticing.
