Not sure if I took double dose of BP

Hi, I'm on 10mg amplodopine but I'm also taking vit D tablets too.
I know I just had my Vit D tablets, but I couldn't remember if I had my BP meds for today, so I just took a tablet now (this is the normal time I take my tablet) Is it okay to have accidently taken a double dose? I'm 70% sure I haven't double dosed.

Never take more than the prescribed dose. If you suspect that you or someone else has taken an overdose of this medicine go to the accident and emergency department of your local hospital at once. Take the container with you, even if it is empty

That's what it says..I'm panicking so much I don't know what to do.

I don't really think I can say what you should do. It all depends on whether you took the overdose or not. If you did, I think the safest thing would be to follow the instructions.

I have done this so many times! How many pills are in your bottle? How many days since it was filled? You should be able to figure out how many should be left. After freaking out several times I got one of those little daily pill organizers so I would always be sure!

I don't have bottles i have them out the packet, but these aren't even marked with days, and I normally get like 4 packets at a time.
I ain't had no sleep tonight, after everything I've read, it feels like my heart rate doesn't go below 80 and i keep checking it, even if i try go sleep i wake up within 15mins or ill wake up with a high heart rate.
