Well i'm off!

Well i'm all packed and ready to go to Ghana, a few paddys and repacking and my bergen is stuffed ready to go!!!

Feeling quite panicky and apprehensive, just hoping I can get through the trip with no DP/DR and Anxiety attacks.

Everyone keeps saying just go off and enjoy it. Easier said than done hey!
