Claire Weekes books are the best I've read. They have been going some time but I found them the most helpful. I've lent them to a couple of friends in the past and they have found them equally helpful. I've read a few of the more modern ones but nothing beats doctor claire for me.
Good luck

Hello Purple_19,

As Darbysa has suggested, Claire Weekes seems to know her stuff. I've been reading her 'Self help for your nerves' recently to aid with my own problems. There are many moments of 'yes, yes that's me she's describing'.

I also have four audio recordings of her speaking about how to recover from depression and nervous illness. If you would like me so send them to you I'd be more than happy, just let me know.

Here is a link to the book on Amazon

Take care
