Weak/numb tingly hands

Ok so for the past three days I have noticed that my hands seem very weak and slow when moving. It especially effects my grip and movement of fingers. My feet are also very tingly which indicates to me that this must be anxiety related. I have recently had an MRI scan, but nothing was detected. Does anyone else get these worrying symptoms?

It could be that you're hyperventilating without realising. I get tingling like that when I hyperventilate. Try some exercises that controls your breathing, like yoga.

Also, try not to think about it too much or it will set off the vicious circle of anxiety.
