I now got a fear of the cancer because of Murray Walker. I have so many phobias and fears of the big c word. The next round of CBT cannot come soon enough.
I am still concerned about bowel cancer even though I had a lot of tests, nothing has been found and spotted, by now I would be very ill and not be able to type. I am eating regular. It has also moved onto again pancreatic, brain tumours etc. (I want to block daily mail online)
I want to keep on going to doctors.
I have tried to add more fruit and fibre, and making sure I drink plenty of water (not too much though)
