well what it is i have not had sex for a few yrs now 5 to be exact & im frightend to take that big step again. i have 2 kids 6 & 5. but im realy scared just incase something bad happens like i have an heart attack, bleed heavily,die ect..... i know im being realy stupid but i realy need help with this one. thanx.
