Hi my name is Ella am 36 from Scotland
I have social anxiety and possible OCD :emot-questioned:
I do things like eat with in a set time frame
I count to 3 over and over...clean my hands over and over
put 3 sweeteners in my coffee and stir it one way 3 times then the other way 3 times
i also buy post it notes in groups of 3 or 6
I also have an eating disorder
