Muscle/nerve issues

[Mr m anxious]

I'm not going into details because I've posted my issues in the past on here but my aches and nerve issues have been a problem for about five months. I see neurologist on Tuesday but I'm hoping I may have found something that explains my symptoms, it's called upper cross syndrome, has anybody been diagnosed or heard of this?

I know of it as a structural imbalance between the trapezius and pectoralis if that's what you're referring to? It can heighten risk of damage to the rotator cuff group.
