Cramps gone

I found out 3 weeks ago that i'm pregnant. I had cramps for the first week but now they are gone. i am getting some pains but they ony last seconds. I'm now 8 weeks pregnant and worried as i've read that cramps disappearing can be a miscarriage. Am suffer terrible anxiety and ocd so this is making my feats 10 times worse. I have really sore boobs and been really nauseaus

I had a lot of mild cramps and twinges early on but they went about 6-7 weeks. They have come back on and off now at 13 weeks.
I know how hard it is not to worry. I try and not let myself sit and obsess.
