My OCD seems to annoy my husband to no end normally he is understanding
but today he been doing the garden and was tired
I have a new thing that am doing that my food cant touch each other at all
He use to put the food together but now am very upset that its together
He say that i dont need it apart from each other because i had them together before nothing bad is going to happen because my food is touching
I eat my food in order as well ...
I know i shouldnt do it and am probably making a big deal out of nothing
But i just feel safer doing it like that
I have never been dignosed by a dr or a psych with OCD av not even talked about to my dr
but i think enough is enough and i should really say something about the OCD
