Feeling like I can't breathe after eating a big meal?

I just ate chicken, rice, french fries and salad at a restaurant. I feel the food in the centre of my stomach and it feels like I can't breathe properly. Is this normal? It's scaring me :( happened yesterday too

Happpens to me all. The. Time. I also sweat profusely. I'm 21 and have had heart tests done, but it is still really freaky.
