Big step!!

To people who don't understand they would think it crazy but this evening I am going to attempt to leave the house, my daughter is going to take me for a walk round Tesco, we are not shopping, just being able to walk into the store will be an achievement in its self. I am extremely anxious but so far am containing it. I want my life back from this awful thing that rules our life's and tonight is a first step.
Will report back later how it goes, fingers crossed.

Well I managed to do it, it wasn't pleasant but I managed to walk round the store with my daughter, so little but such a big thing as you will all understand, next step is to be able to look at things and make a purchase. :)
