question about kalm tablets

really desperate to take some kalms before bed tonight, found a packet but they expired 2011, can i still take them :(

I wouldn't.. They have been made probably 2006/07 with exp 2011 ...
It has exp date for a reason.
Manufacturers only guarantee potency for the period stated, so don't think they will harm you, they may just not work though anymore!
Get some new ones tomorrow.

im going to take 2 tonight and get new tomorrow, i dont think they will hurt me to much
