Hi manda snap I woke up same as soon as I open my eyes I go straight into anxiety/panic and it lasts the whole day have been like it for a week now. Hope yours has eased x

Was up at 6. Tossed and turned the whole night. It`s hellish when a person doesn`t get enough sleep. I feel awful the next day. It certainly doesn`t help anxiety sufferers.
