Brain freeze headache

Hi guys, since 6/7ish so around 5 hours ago, I started feeling bunged up and ill. But now I've got this headache where it feels like a brain freeze on the top of my head and some sort of coldness feeling at the back of the head in a small spot.
Never had a headache like this before, is it normal? Freaked me out a little when it first happened as I've never experienced it.

I'm having this coldness feeling in the back of my head too for almost an year... since I'm still alive, it's probably just our anxiety :)

This is one of those phenomena which are almost always associated with anxiety and panic, and quite common in sufferers. Given the lack of other symptoms, especially given your young age, I would not worry about this sensation.
