New symptom help

Hi everyone new symptom :mad: my usual symptoms are left side chest pain heart palps left arm pain headaches,anyway new symptom is right sided chest pain this pain is just above my breast and its a dull nagging pain on and off, now of course I'm convinced I've got some sort of cancer, my grandad past away 2 weeks ago from lung cancer so my health anxiety is sky high ATM. Any replys be appreciated thanks

Given your age, and a lack of severe symptoms, lung cancer is highly unlikely. Often dull pain is related to muscle damage or infection. My opinion given the location would be muscular, espcially if it gets worse with movement, anxiety or large breaths.

Yes it does get worse with movement, anything to suggest using or will it just go away on its own

Massage often can help relax the muscles, as can gentle stretching. Heat is also good for relaxing tight muscles. The best prevention really however is strength training. This is particularly important for women, as they often have less upper body strength and see a greater degree of muscular atrophy later in life.
