So yesterday was one of the most stressful days of my life.
I had stomach pains, didnt eat ALL DAY, was tired and depressed.
Well last night I was googling and found a woman that said she had deep bone pain in her fingers and other body parts, well low and bloody behold 10 minutes later, bone pain, everywhere. Today I woke up it didn't exist, my anxiety started getting worse and it appeared.
Now my muscles ache in my legs and arms, I'm getting shooting pains up my arm, like bone pains.
Is this anxiety?
