Please can somebody help me feel more calm. I'm a 19 year old female and have been having anxiety attacks in bed all night because every time I want to sleep I panic and think my breathing isn't right or my heart is beating weird. I'm terrified of not waking up again. I feel so jittery and on edge and would just like to get to sleep but Iv had abdo pains and chest tightness/heart pain which is making me panic more! Help!
