I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember, particularly health anxiety along with random panic attacks. I'm constantly convinced I'm dying of something (is it skin cancer? lymphoma? bubonic plague? Let's spin the wheel and find out!), and although I've been improving it's still a daily struggle. I'm twenty-two years old and have just graduated from college, so my anxiety is a bit worse than usual with all the changes going on. I also suffer from OCD, which I am usually able to keep under control. I like to believe that if I can deal with my OCD, I can also deal with my anxiety, but it's easier said than done!
