Hello.

Well, I'm still obsessed with the idea that I have something seriously wrong with my mouth/tongue. I've been to the doctor's twice about it, and seen an ENT specialist, both who've told me there's nothing wrong. My doctor actually said she'd eat her desk, yes, eat her desk, if I had mouth C. This was two days ago. The reassurance is wearing off and I'm back in the mirror, poking my tongue, shining lights in my mouth, and telling myself no, that wasn't there before, she's definitely missed something. Is there any end to this absolute madness? I can't believe I'm actually still entertaining this. Is it possible something 'new' has appeared, and the doctor missed it despite looking and having a feel around? I'm losing the plot with all this.

I think you need to move on from this and forget about it if you have been checked out.

Yeah I know. I think it's because I don't have an alternative answer as to why it looks the way it looks. She just said they were tongue ridges, nothing to worry about. But to me it feels like a weird lump or something. It's the checking I can't get a handle on. If I could stop checking I'd feel a lot better I would think. But the urge is too massive.
