Hey guys, I am not particularly freaked out about this (yet) because I have had them before, but was wondering if any of you have had this as well.

On the inside of my lower lip, and a couple times on my upper, I have had these small, blister like bubbles appear. I pop them (often and repeatedly) like a pimple (sorry if that is gross) and after a week or so they usually disappear.

I started getting them on again, off again in my late 30s.

I was more curious as to what they were than really freaking out about them, and was wondering if anyone knew. I am not going to google them for obvious reasons.

Sometimes, I`ve get tiny wee lumps which go away themselves. I just put it down to something I`ve eaten which has maybe irritated the inside of my mouth.

It's called a mucocele. Other than being uncomfortable, they're harmless. Use a salt water mix and shuffle it around in your mouth and you'll see it'll be gone before you know it
