chest presure

hi guys
can anyone tell me if they get a feeling of not being able to breath but inside their chest its like im holding my breath inside or I cant breath if that makes sence a type of pressure or something I went to A +E last week they did ecg and bloods all ok
iv been to docs today another ecg and did a breathing test on a machine again all ok no copd asma i keep thinking its my heart or angina

I'm having this now yet my ECG bloods and general stats are all fine. It's really unsettling

Yes, it is very common. For me it helps to remember that everything IS normal. I once had to take my daughter to A&E, she was gasping for breath (asthma) and they reassured her by showing her that even so, her blood oxygen levels were still nothing to worry about - so when I get this feeling, I remind myself that I have all the oxygen I need in my blood. Taking deep breaths makes it worse (though it's hard to resist) - something to do with the balance of Carbon Dioxide to Oxygen.
