Is this anxiety? :(

I was at the mall, when I got there I felt slightly dizzy, and just tired overall. After I finished at the mall the dizziness kind of went away. But now I feel tightness in my face, and head when I move my eyebrows and mouth. It's really worrying me :( anyone else get this?

what you're describing sounds a bit like a tension headache which can be caused by anxiety :)

Yeah, anxiety. I hate going to the mall, too much stimulation.

I tend to feel dizzy in hot crowded places like the mall.
