Dead, numb left foot?

For the past couple of days now my left foot has felt dead, numbness in it just persistently, my anxiety levels are through the roof at the minute. Anybody else eat this?

the extremities are always the first effected when you have panic lack of oxygen i get it try not to worry blessings

The whole right side of my body went numb for a few days one time, particularly my face; it went away and they didn't find anything they thought would have caused it.
