Worried neck pain

I have been having horrendous neck ear and shoulder pain for the past few days ?

anyone experienced this , is it anxiety or an infection ?


Or the dreaded c ?


I had lymphoma fears


Please help if you can

Those symptoms are a little vague, could be anything from a stiff neck by sleeping funny to an infection.

yeah i get that all the time actually. when i am nervous i guess i tense up really tight and it make my neck and shoulder hurt and i clench my jaw and than the area by my ear gets sore too. it happens alot and whn i i sit with my head in my hand like the thinker statue it gets really bad. try to relax your muscles and put a pillow behind u so u sit straight and dont clench that jaw. if u are lol. :) it is an infection if you have a temp. drink some non caffinated tea and relax. :)

Thankyou for the advice ! It's crazy I logically tell myself I have had 17 months of panic and I am just getting pain now it's got to be something else but my brain won't let me . the joys of anxiety !!

I guess I'm feeling under the weather and it is an infection mixed with added hypercondriac stress
