Newbie - well on this forum anyway

Hello all.
I am an almost 40-year old woman, divorced with two kids. I was diagnosed with anxiety about 3 years ago.
Went to therapy for 6 months, then felt great for a long time. But last November it hit me again. Since then I have been in therapy and I feel I am doing pretty good.
I still have "issues" though, and I have been coming to this forum for the last 4-5 months. Just reading the posts made me feel better.
I had this feeling that if I registered, I would be identifying with my illness and making myself more sick that way, so I was reluctant.
But more than once have I felt like replying to some of the posts on here.
And since I am not doing too badly, I thought maybe I would be able to help someone as you have all helped me.
