Stitch type feeling around heart. Beyond scared

Yesterday about 4-5 times I delta a strange feeling on my chest where heart is. It felt like a stich or something and lasted around 4-5 times. I felt like itching there. I'm now sick with worry. I was also getting more chest spasms than usual. I am getting married next week and knew something would ruin it. I don't know what to do. It hasn't happened since last night so I'm hoping it doesn't happen again.

Sounds like just a different sort of chest spasm to me. I've had those feelings. I actually have a pretty consistent 'stitch' feeling on the lower left side of my sternum. Don't know why, but was told my heart was fine. Probably a breathing thing I suppose. The majority of chest muscle soreness occurs on the left side for most people, and I've never seen an explanation why.
