Mole Removal

I went to the Doctors on Thursday for him to check out a mole I had, he said it looked fine but while examining me he noticed another one that he said he didn't like the look of and said I had to go back to have it removed, which would involve having a stitch afterwards. That part doesn't bother me. But I am freaking out about it testing positive for Melanoma. I can't eat or sleep, all I can think of is that I am dying of cancer, and that it has already spread. I have to have it removed on Thursday morning, the wait is the worst. Has anyone had anything like this? I am freaking out!

I've had one removed before for the same reason and it was totally fine, my dad has had a few for the same reason as well xx

I have not, but my daughter has had a mole removed. Waiting is the worst. I think I was more worried than she was. She had results fairly quickly and all was ok.
