Hi, has anyone done the full cbt course and how did you find it.

Been going to therapist and last session is next week. It will only be the 5th time I have seen her and I don`t think it`s long enough.

Have started watching his videos.

Thank you to NMP for that opportunity.

I'm currently part way through that course and I'm finding it helpful so far. My main problem is obsessive thoughts, so I've mostly been focusing on that workbook. I know it will take quite a bit of practice before I see more positive effects. If you've been used to feeling anxious for a long time, it can take a while for your brain to get used to the new rational ways of thinking. I think the course is very high quality especially considering it's free. :)

Good luck with it! :)

Thanks sparkle,
I`ll need to try something. I`m a terrible worrier and always look on the black side of things if any problems or health worries come up. Not only for me, but I worry a lot about family members too.
I`ve had panic attacks for years, but nothing compared to the way they are now. Full blown where I get agitated and think I`m going mad.

So for me it`s about learning how, not to worry about simple things and controlling the fear of having a panic attack and do more to get out. The fear thing again.:hugs:
